① Start by requesting a login for the Operator Scheduling Tool here.
You will be notified when a login has been created for you.
② Once you receive your login credentials by email, you may then login to the
Operator Scheduling Tool here. On that page you can reserve the day/time/band/mode slots you'd like to operate. Operator slots are in 2-hour increments.
With your time slot reserved, get on the air! Be sure to log each contact with a logging program capable of generating an ADIF file of your results. A couple of suggested programs
would be N1MM Logger+ or N3FJP Amateur Contact Log. When you are finished with your time slot operation, email the ADIF of
those contacts to worldgames.w4g@gmail.com. Be sure your callsign is referenced in the email.
Always be courteous, remembering that you are representing the Birmingham Amateur Radio Club, the city of Birmingham, and the 2022 World Games.
